The Daughters of Mary Immaculate (DMI) ST John The Baptist University (DMISJBU)

The Daughters of Mary Immaculate (DMI) was founded in 1984 in India by the visionary humanist, and a humble servant of God, Very.Rev.Fr.Dr.J.E.Arul Raj on the Biblical theme of serving God through serving people. The burning love for fellow human beings and the providential instinct for missionary work prompted DMI to extend its activities to the continents of Africa and South America.
Today, DMI proudly serves more than 3,500,000 women, 9000+ Engineering Students , 8000 students at school level, 35,000 + children under care in India alone. The founder also established another religious society for men, Missionaries of Mary Immaculate – MMI. MMIs are working in many missions across the world – hand in hand with sisters of DMI.
